This appears to be based on the old Southampton Ocean Terminal building, which served the transatlantic passenger liners. Conceived before WWII, it was not actually built until 1950, but its art deco interior and exterior design was rooted firmly in the 1930s. Now sadly demolished!
The model is off-white with black windows, and is designed to be placed on a Quay Straight. This example has been over-painted, and has some paint chipping, particularly on the rear wall. This is hidden if used with the M843 Ocean Terminal Extension, as show in the bottom photo.
