This horse-drawn London bus is in red with tan seats and driver - the driver has a black hat. The lower deck ceiling is also tan. Wheels are black metal spoked. With 'Liptons Tea' adverts on the upper deck sides and 'London General Omnibus Company Limited - Kings Cross and Victoria' below. There also advertising decals front and rear; eight decals in all! The 2 cast metal horses are brown with white manes and tails, and gold collars. This is an earlier release, with a single rivet securing the drawbar to the bus.
In very good condition, there are a few small chips around the edges and loss of black paint from the top of the driver's hat. The decals, however, are completely intact and the model displays very well. It is rated 'good' rather than 'excellent' because the drawbar rivet is loose, so the drawbar may be detached; this could be fixed with a little glue if desired!
