This Ford refuse truck has an orange cab and chassis, and a 2-part rear body with realistic tipping mechanism. The rear half is silver-grey metal, and the forward half is grey plastic. This is the earlier version without cut-outs above the hinge pin. The model has an unpainted silver metal base and grille, and green tinted windows. The wheels are black plastic with suspension.
In good-to-excellent condition, one small chip on a front corner of the roof. The rear suspension has lost is springiness. The model is in its original type E4 'new model' box which has light general wear and a little creasing and crushing. A price of 2/- (two shillings) is written on one face, and £1.50 on the other!
