This is the earliest of the 'short canopy' number 1 road rollers: the later 1c and 1d versions were successively larger. Finished in light green with red metal rollers, with the driver painted tan and the tow hook and front badge picked out in gold.
This one has bright paintwork and displays well, but the front roller frame is bent and the roller does not turn freely; there is some paint loss on one side. The tow hook is intact, and the axles are rust-free. The type B2 box is bright and again displays well, although there is a crease on one plain side, a small stain on one face, and a main flap that has been re-attached with tape on the inside.
