Red, black roof panel and cab interior. Chrome bumper, grille, headlights and roof lights. 'SAN FRANCISCO FIRE DEPT NO.7' on the sides in gold lettering, and 'S.F.F.D. No.7' on the rear. There are also emblems on the cab doors and rear. Mounted on the roof are a brown plastic ladder and two black hoses with silver ends. At the rear is a further removable hose on portable reel with brown spoked wheels. The main wheels are red 'wire' with silver hubcaps and black tyres.

This model has some damage to the front bumper mounting, but otherwise it is near mint. Its plastic display case has a crack on the top and the base plinth is missing. The card outer box is worn and has tape repairs.
