This is the fourth version of the Matchbox Caterpillar Bulldozer, being the largest and the first without a cast-in driver figure. There were several casting variations on this model: this one has a short exhaust stack, a hole in the base and a brace along the rear edge of the dozer blade. It is equipped with green rubber tracks on black plastic rollers.
This example has mint paintwork apart from a chip on the edge of the driver's footplate. The tracks have hardened slightly with age but are still quite supple. The type E4 box has some wear to the edges of the flaps, and creasing on the plain sides.
