From the TV series 'Space 1999', which was originally shown between 1975 and 1977. This model spacecraft is in metallic green with white plastic lattice superstructure and unpainted metal 'backbone' chassis. The engines are chrome plated metal with red plastic exhausts and the side thrusters. The model rests on four spring-cushioned landing feet, and the transporter pod, which is white with red windows and red opening doors, can be released from the transporter by flicking a switch on the top. The pod can be picked up again by pressing down on the transporter until it clicks into place.
This is a nice complete example. There is light play wear, mainly to the edges of the pod., and some deterioration of its labels. The rivet securing the engines to the rear of the body is loose, so the engines may be removed. A little adhesive would fix this.
This model is in good played-with condition with some paint chipping, mainly on the edges of the pod. One of the small plastic side thrusters is missing, but replica replacements are available from various sources.
