This is the second type of Corgi James Bond Aston Martin, in silver-grey, with silver plated grille and bumpers and red interior. Like the earlier gold model number 261, it has extending front overriders/guns, ejector seat and bullet-proof shield, but also has the additional features of extending tyre slashers and revolving number plates.
This one is in near mint condition. There is a tiny mark on the roof where it has struck the rear edge of the opening when the ejector seat has been operated, and very slight rubs on the roof gutters and corners of the bumpers. The ejector seat, guns/overriders and bullet-proof shield work correctly, as do the tyre slashers and revolving number plates, although the number labels are absent. Suspension and tyres are excellent.
This example is in the early pictorial wing-flap packaging, in which the model sits on card plinth under vac-formed bubble. There is some wear to the wing flaps and slight crushing to the plinth, but otherwise it is excellent. It comes with the original 'Secret Instructions' envelope, which has some tearing to the flap. It contains the instruction sheet incorporating Model Club slip, and spare passenger figure. The number plate label sheet and lapel badge are missing.
