This is a very nice example of this sought-after 'split screen' VW van. Blue with silver headlights, bumpers and VW badge, and black base. 'MATCHBOX INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS' decals in yellow on the sides. The wheels are grey metal on crimped axles.

This model is good-to-excellent, with a little chipping/rubbing around the edge of the roof and some paint loss from one windscreen pillar. The decals are undamaged. The axles have some patchy light surface rust. The original type B2 box has general age wear with creasing on one plain side. One of the inner flaps has been repaired on the inside with tape, and one of the end flaps has a short tear.

Fair	Extensive chipping, damage to decals or cracked windows, but no parts missing. Box may have one or two flaps missing.
Poor	Badly damaged, parts missing, very rusty, and/or repainted. Box badly mutilated. Not suitable for display.
