This set contains a No.67 Ford 5000 Super Major Tractor, and a trailer with operating conveyor belt The tractor is blue with light grey rear mudguards and grey plastic grille and exhaust. Twin jewelled headlights are mounted in the grille, and there are 'Ford Super Major' decals on the sides of the engine cover. The model has working steering, and a silver metal lever-operated linkage and pick-up hitch at the rear.
The tractor tows a red four-wheeled articulated trailer, on which is mounted a fully-working conveyor belt elevator. This is the same mechanism used with the No.64 FC Jeep Elevator Truck. The belt is in two sections that can be tilted independently, supported by 'hydraulic' pistons. It is operated by turning the handle on the side which transmits drive via a gearbox which has a transparent cover. The elevator is blue with black rubber belts and mounted on an unpainted metal frame.
The set is generally in excellent condition, although the tractor has lost the tip of its exhaust pipe. The driver figure is present and correct, the rear linkage and steering work perfectly and the tyres are excellent. The conveyor is excellent too, with supple rubber belts, and is complete with three plastic sacks.
The nicely illustrated outer box has lost an inner flap at one end, and the main flap is held on with tape and has a red star on it for some reason. The inner tray has some crushing to the platform but is otherwise very good, again with an attractive illustration on the front and pictures of other Corgi farm models on the rear.
