White, black base, silver grille and headlights. Cast detailed wheels with black tyres and suspension. Orange labels on upper body sides with 'POLICE' in dark blue. 'ACCIDENT UNIT' label beneath, dark blue on white background. On the roof is a sign with 'POLICE' on each side, a blue dome light, and a radar gun/camera that can be raised and lowered. The wheels are cast metal with black tyres and suspension.
This is the 2nd type of Dinky Transit casting with opening side door and top-hinged rear door, revealing a grey interior with black steering wheel and sign racks. Supplied with 2 folding signs, 'POLICE ACCIDENT' and 'POLICE SLOW', and 4 traffic cones.
This one appears never to have been played with; the traffic cones are still sealed in their bag. However, there are some box rubs on the raised lines on the body sides. There is a little splash of stray silver paint on the bottom of the rear door - it isn't a chip. The box is good-to-excellent.
